Feeling overwhelmed and anxious?
This may feel familiar...
- • You can't switch your mind off
- • You try to keep everything under control
- • You live with a constant sense that something might go wrong
- • You keep yourself busy, but not with what matters most
- • You often put others first
- • You feel stuck, like you’re not living your own life
About me
My path didn’t start in psychology. I spent over 16 years in an international company, growing from an entry-level role to Managing Director, leading teams of 500+ people.
From the outside, everything looked successful. But inside, it often felt like living on autopilot — with constant pressure and a quiet sense that something wasn’t quite right.
That experience led me to psychology — not just as a profession, but as a way to truly understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and how meaningful change actually works.
Today, I work with people who are used to holding everything together — but feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected.

My Approach
I work in an integrative way, combining different approaches depending on your situation and what you need at this moment.
At the core of my work are cognitive and behavioural methods (CBT) — a structured, evidence-based approach that helps bring clarity to thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and supports real, lasting change.
What this means in practice:
- CBT is evidence-based and widely used in clinical practice.
- It is one of most structured and goal-oriented approaches.
- It offers measurable progress over time.
- CBT is effective for a wide range of difficulties — including anxiety, stress, burnout, and emotional overwhelm.
What people come to me with
-
Anxiety and inner tension
A constant sense of unease, difficulty relaxing, thoughts that keep circling
-
Self-doubt and low self-confidence
Second-guessing yourself, fear of making mistakes, a feeling of “not being enough”
-
Perfectionism, control and overthinking
Difficulty letting go, feeling like everything depends on you, a need for things to be “just right”, getting stuck in thoughts, replaying situations
-
Procrastination, difficulty taking action
When you feel stuck, avoid important things, or struggle to take the next step — even when you know what you want
-
Searching for yourself and a sense of meaning
“What do I really want?”, “Where am I going?”, a feeling of living someone else’s life, losing connection with yourself
-
Emotional burnout and chronic fatigue
Low energy, everything takes effort, a sense of constant overwhelm
-
Difficulties in relationships
Boundaries, difficulty saying “no”, repeating patterns in relationships
-
Life crises, loss, and major changes
Moving, job changes, separation, or a sense of not knowing where to go next
How the work is structured
First session
In the first meeting, we get to know each other and talk about what brings you here.
You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You can come even if your situation is not yet fully clear or you are unsure where to begin.
If needed, I may ask questions to better understand your situation and what you are looking for.
At the end of the session, we can discuss how we might continue working together — without any obligation to proceed if it does not feel right for you.
Format and duration
Sessions take place online (Google Meet / Zoom) at a scheduled time.
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
Confidentiality
Everything you share during our sessions remains strictly confidential.
I ensure a respectful and careful approach to your personal information and experiences, including the fact of reaching out for support.
How we work
We begin with what feels most important to you.
I ask questions, help bring structure to your thoughts, and support you in noticing what may not be immediately visible.
Over time, we explore your situation, your reactions, and inner patterns, while also identifying possible directions and next steps.
Pace of the process
The pace is individual and depends on many factors, including the nature and depth of your situation, as well as your readiness to engage in the process.
It is important to move at a pace that feels right for you.
Sometimes changes begin within a few sessions, while in other cases the process may take longer.
Outcome
The goal is not quick answers or ready-made solutions, but a deeper understanding of yourself, your patterns, and more stable, lasting change.

Thank you, Jekaterina — a very attentive and understanding professional. In our sessions, I was able to talk through everything that had been on my mind, without judgement or criticism.
