Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

All services offered through this website are online consultation and psychoeducational support sessions provided by Redpill d.o.o. under the brand PsyHealth.

 


1. Payment

All sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received.

 


2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, all purchases are non-refundable.

By booking and purchasing a session, you agree that the time is reserved specifically for you, and therefore no refunds will be issued once the booking is confirmed.

 


3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, you may request to reschedule under the following conditions:

  • Rescheduling is possible if requested at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accepted

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled

4. Late Arrival

If you are late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

The full session fee remains applicable.

 

 

5. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

 

 

6. Nature of Services

The services provided are not medical, psychiatric, or psychotherapy services.

They are intended for personal development, reflection, and psychoeducational support only and do not replace professional medical or mental health care.

 

 

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

According to EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to services provided for a specific date or time.

By booking a session, you expressly agree that the service is scheduled for a specific time and that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

 

 

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, PsyHealth reserves the right to offer rescheduling or other solutions at its sole discretion.
